Collaboration is encouraged through numerous, common, large and small meeting and break areas located throughout the facility. Connectivity between engineering and manufacturing is enhanced by nearly continuous observation glass that minimizes physical separation. The height penetrates the roof providing continuous clerestory daylighting. This ‘spine’ connects operation areas on each side with building length, mezzanine and an observation platform.

There are only two or three machinists that have - more.The full height, glass atrium main entrance is an extension of the people spaces that bisect the overall building length and height. So much so that they have in flight anomalies that happen on a fairly regular basis. They are no where close to being able to produce to customer demand, and are continually trying to cover mistakes that they make as a company. And knowing the state of the economy, they continue to try and expand. As an additional consequence, because of the mass amounts of people that they hire, they completely took away any opportunities for overtime. They are hiring people at such a rate trying to mask the massive amount of turnovers they see. Their business processes are a joke!!!!
